Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Build Lean SaaS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site, courses, skills, templates, or related materials.

Educational and implementation materials

Build Lean SaaS provides educational content, implementation guides, installable skills, templates, and workflow examples. Materials are provided for general informational and implementation support purposes. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and adapting anything you install or run.

DevelopJoy support

Some Build Lean SaaS pages link to DevelopJoy paid support, pair-programming, or done-for-you services. DevelopJoy services may have additional checkout terms, subscription terms, proposals, statements of work, or support boundaries. If there is a conflict, the more specific paid-service agreement controls for that paid service.

Accounts, OAuth, and third-party tools

Some workflows may use third-party services such as Google, Clerk, Stripe, Linear, GitHub, OpenAI, X, hosting providers, or repository tools. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and policies. You are responsible for granting only the access you intend to grant and revoking access when it is no longer needed.

Public source files and skills

Public skill files, scripts, prompts, and examples may be copied or adapted unless a specific file states otherwise. They are provided as implementation starting points, not guaranteed managed services.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, abuse APIs, violate third-party rights, or use the materials for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

No professional advice

Build Lean SaaS content may discuss business, technical, operational, or product decisions, but it is not legal, financial, tax, security, or compliance advice. Consult qualified professionals for those areas.

The site and materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that examples will fit your exact stack, remain current forever, or operate without interruption or error.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build Lean SaaS and its related operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
